UK Postage & Packaging 

1st class Royal Mail signed for orders under £200 cost £4.95 P&P, orders above £200 will be sent free of charge via special delivery. All shipments usually take 1-3 working days from date of shipment.

International Postage & Packaging

International Tracked & Signed for through Royal Mail is £9.95 and usually takes 7 working days from date of shipment. Please note we cannot be responsible for any duty or custom fees in territory. 

Please allow us 1-3 business days to send your order out. Bespoke orders will take around 4-6 weeks to make (we will be in correspondence with you on this at the time of ordering).

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange providing the goods are sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Please note all returned items should be sent back to us in the same condition you received it - unworn and in their original packaging. We regret that due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. We cannot refund original postage costs.

To arrange a return please email us at info@halo22.co.uk, quoting your name, address, order number and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then contact you via email with how to proceed.

When sending return items we recommend that you use a recorded and insured delivery service, for your own protection. Halo 22 cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Once received, your refund will be made via the same method as payment within 48 hours. If payment was made via credit card, please allow 7 days once the refund is processed to show on your statement, depending on your issuing bank.

We can not accept returns on bespoke, engraved or personalised jewellery.
